Task List Guru is a personal organizer tool which helps you remember todo lists, upcoming errands, tasks and the like.
You may use the program to manage both personal and business-related tasks and mark them with icons to help differentiate between the to.
Adding tasks and errands is simple and users of Task List Guru can assign different priorities to them and the date on which they should be completed.
After Task List Guru has been closed, it will remain in the system tray which can then be accessed easily at a later time. Once a target time approaches, Task List Guru should provide you with a popup notification and a "snooze" button.
Task lists with this software may be exported to CSV or HTML files which may be printed.
Overall, Task List Guru does most of what it does properly and it isn't a cluttered interface at all. It's easy-to-use but unfortunately does not play an audio alarm, our only gripe.

Task List Guru is provided under a freeware license on Windows from organizer and PIM software with no restrictions on usage. Download and installation of this PC software is free and 4.6 is the latest version last time we checked.
What version of Windows can Task List Guru run on?
Task List Guru can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads.
